Remember Grace? Two years ago, we rescued her and her puppies after finding her with a large part of her face torn away. It was truly shocking. We’ll never know exactly what happened to her, but we do know this: Grace never gave up. She cared for her pups with love while undergoing months of medical treatment. Grace healed in ways we never thought possible. Her left eyelid didn’t heal quite right, but it doesn’t affect her much and surgery isn’t needed. Her puppies have all found forever homes, and Grace now lives a peaceful, happy life in Shelter Nine.
