Never ever outsource your attention problem to influencers. I see this again and again, founders hand over their entire marketing arm to agencies and influencers, and the result is always the same. A short burst of attention that quickly fades away. The reason it fades is because most teams never learned how to generate attention themselves. Once the contract with the agency ends, they’re left with nothing to fall back on. The only sustainable way is learn how to attract attention in-house, and then use partners and agencies to handle very specific pieces of the strategy. Influencers and agencies can be powerful boosters, but if you rely on them to carry the entire company, your project is already running on borrowed time.
