Can I, as the designer, take credit for a $300,000 price increase? (not all of it, but some, right?) With my investor we transformed a 1980's tract home into showstopper with warm modern finishes. When our investor purchased this house they bought based on a sale price of $2.3mm. I knew with great design we could do better. Final result is my client listed at $2.6mm and the home went under contract within a week. My mission is to help investors increase the value of their property with beautiful design. We accomplished our goal on this project.
