Quarterly fitness post.
Started at 193, wanted to hit 210lbs. Previous ATH was 205lbs in college.
Just hit 213lbs.
Tldr:
- Lifted 4-5x/week
- Gained 20lbs
- Got bench to 235 3x5
- Trap deadlift to 330 3x6
- Got stuck at 205lbs until I tracked macros (needed more carbs)
Now I want a new goal.
Ideally one that incorporates cardio and increases heart rate for extended periods of time.
Used to be into rowing in college, probably gonna get back into it.
Did a 2k test this weekend, currently sitting at an atrocious 8:32
Goal would be 6:45 but idk if that is good or too much or what is normal.
Let’s get it.
